Our net cash position also improved to \u00a33.9 million, compared to \u00a31.9 million at the end of H1 2024 and \u00a33.7 million at FY 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Material Contract developments delivered Net Revenue growth at constant currency in H2 2024 \u00a312.8m (2023: \u00a313.9m)<\/li>\n<li>Number of Active Members maintained at 349k (2023: 353k)<\/li>\n<li>Maintained a high level of member satisfaction, which drives repeat use and value to Ten&#8217;s corporate clients<\/li>\n<li>Remained focused on cost and efficiency gains, supporting EBITDA margin growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>With a focused investment of \u00a312.8 million in our proprietary digital platforms, communications, and technology\u2014including \u00a36.7 million in capitalised assets\u2014we continue to advance our competitive edge and deliver high-value, tech-enabled services.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><strong>Alex Cheatle, CEO of Ten Lifestyle Group, said:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;After two years of exceptional growth, Ten has sustained levels of Net Revenue, whilst achieving record Adjusted EBITDA profit.
